Naturally sun dried and grown at an elevation of 1500 - 2100 meters above sea level, Ethiopian Harrar coffee beans are harvested between the months of October and February. These beans are shade grown and therefore require far less fertilizers than most other coffee varieties and this shines through in the robust taste and aroma these beans deliver to the pallet.
